Beer fest Ticket Giveaway
Terms and Conditions

By entering the Beer Fest Ticket Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • The Giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.

  • The Giveaway is not open to employees of DNA Brewing or their immediate families.

2. Giveaway Period

  • The Giveaway runs from 12:00 PM (NZST) on January 10th, 2025 to 5:00 PM (NZST) on January 17th, 2025.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, follow the instructions provided on the official giveaway post on Facebook & Instagram, which may include liking the post, tagging a friend, or sharing it in your stories.

  • There are no limits to the number of entries one person may make.

4. Winner Selection

  • One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries and contacted via Direct Message at the close of the giveaway.

  • Winners must respond to the notification within 48 hours, or a new winner will be selected.

5. Prizes

  • The total value of all prizes in the Giveaway is approximately NZD $100.

  • The tickets will be emailed to the recipient the week of the event.

  • Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

6. Social Media Disclaimer

  • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta.

  • By entering, participants agree to release Meta from any liability in connection with the Giveaway.

7. Publicity

  • By entering the Giveaway, winners consent to the use of their name, social media handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission (unless prohibited by law).

8. General Conditions

  • DNA Brewing reserve the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond their control impact the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.

  • The organisers are not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent entries from being successfully submitted.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information provided by entrants will be used only for the purposes of the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the fulfilment of the prize.
